I’m a qualified and registered Acupuncturist and Wellness Practitioner based in Solihull, Birmingham, with over 20 years of experience working across various sectors and levels within the industry. I hold a Bachelors degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, studied at Northern College of Acupuncture, and I’m registered with both the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians (AAC) and the Acupuncture Fertility Network (AFN). My true passion has always been bodywork—the incredible process of watching and understanding how the body heals itself. By combining ancient modalities with modern-day adaptations, I’ve been fortunate to help many people along the way.

Like so many of my clients, my journey into deeper healing began with my own personal struggles. Over the years I have navigated digestive issues, anxiety, stress, depression, and a tendency to avoid my feelings rather than truly listen to what my body was trying to tell me. These experiences pushed me to research and explore ways to reclaim my own health and wellbeing, and time and time again, every road led me back to one place — the nervous system.

This discovery became a true passion of mine, and being able to share that knowledge with my clients, supporting them on their own unique healing journeys, has been one of the greatest gifts of my career. I am a dedicated and enthusiastic student of my craft, and I believe that staying curious, continuing to learn, and keeping up with the latest research is not just important — it is essential to the work I do and the care I offer every single person who walks through my door.
